Refund & Returns Policy

At Galactus Store, we aim to provide fast and reliable digital delivery services. Because we deal with digital in-game products, our refund policy is strict and transparent.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable for purchases made through our official website or store.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • A request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase.
  • The order must be undelivered or failed due to a technical issue.

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • Incorrect Game ID or Server ID was provided
  • The customer placed the wrong order
  • The order has already been successfully delivered

2. Valid Reasons

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

  • Payment deducted but diamonds/items not delivered
  • Duplicate payment made for the same order
  • Technical errors on our side
  • Unauthorized transaction (with proper proof)

3. Request Process

  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Date & time of purchase
  • Payment screenshot
  • Game ID & Server ID
  • Clear explanation of the issue

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be sent using the original payment method. Processing time is 1–5 business days depending on the provider (UPI/Bank/Wallet).

7. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback, you must contact us first. Unauthorized disputes result in a permanent ban from our services.
