1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable for purchases made through our official website or store.
To be eligible for a refund:
- A request must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase.
- The order must be undelivered or failed due to a technical issue.
Refunds will not be processed if:
- Incorrect Game ID or Server ID was provided
- The customer placed the wrong order
- The order has already been successfully delivered
2. Valid Reasons
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:
- Payment deducted but diamonds/items not delivered
- Duplicate payment made for the same order
- Technical errors on our side
- Unauthorized transaction (with proper proof)

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be sent using the original payment method. Processing time is 1–5 business days depending on the provider (UPI/Bank/Wallet).
7. Chargebacks
Before filing a chargeback, you must contact us first. Unauthorized disputes result in a permanent ban from our services.
